This work explores the classism ubiquitous in modern society and its causes and consequences as well as solutions thereto. The biases of both rich and poor are presented and critiqued in hopes that a greater understanding of the errors present in classist bias be overcome and a sustainable unity achieved between the different classes of society. This work does not endorse egalitarianism, far from it. It propounds a meritocratically based class structure that any Traditional society has entailed for the achievement of a sound society that will last throughout the ages.
